Service Description

LAWMAX is an intelligent and comprehensive legal management system provided by Innovawide. The platform delivers a fully integrated digital solution designed for banks, insurance companies, law firms, holding companies, and large enterprises to manage legal cases, contracts, and documents efficiently.

General Terms of Use

By using LAWMAX, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You are legally authorized by your organization to use the system
  • All information you provide is accurate and up to date
  • You will use the system solely for lawful purposes
  • You will maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You will not attempt unauthorized access to any part of the system

User Accounts

Each user is fully responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
  • All activities conducted through their account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Logging out after each session

Acceptable Use

LAWMAX may be used for the following purposes:

  • Managing legal cases and tracking hearings and schedules
  • Storing and organizing legal contracts and documents
  • Preparing legal reports and analytics
  • Enabling secure communication between legal team members
  • Managing powers of attorney, licenses, and obligations
  • Tracking collections and outstanding receivables

Prohibited Use

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

  • Any illegal or fraudulent activity
  • Violation of intellectual property rights
  • Attempting to breach or disrupt the system or its infrastructure
  • Transmitting viruses or malicious software
  • Collecting other users’ data without authorization
  • Sending unsolicited or spam communications
  • Impersonating others or providing misleading information
  • Sharing login credentials with unauthorized individuals

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to LAWMAX, including software, designs, trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by Innovawide. Users are granted a limited right to use the system in accordance with subscription terms, without any ownership rights.

Data and Content

Regarding data and documents uploaded to the system:

  • The subscribing organization retains full ownership of its data
  • The organization grants us permission to store and process data to deliver the service
  • We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all legal data
  • Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information entered

Service Availability

We strive to ensure continuous system availability; however, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or updates, and users will be notified in advance whenever possible.

Technical Support

We provide professional technical support in accordance with ISO/IEC 20000 standards:

  • Multiple support channels via phone and email
  • Continuous system updates
  • User training when required
  • Rapid response to technical issues

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The system is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for decisions made based on system data
  • Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the system in the following cases:

  • Violation of any terms of use
  • Failure to pay subscription fees
  • Use of the system in a way that harms others or the platform
  • Upon request by the subscribing organization

Changes to the Terms of Use

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the system constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from the use of the system shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Qatari courts.
